1. NPCs can be used for combat, but they can be autokilled if the one fighting them decides to.
2. Special NPCs (Martin, etc.) May die, but there must be a damn good reason. Of course this includes being part of the mythic dawn.
3. Daedra and Aedra will be NPCed by staff members. I will make accounts for each main Daedra/Aedra
4. NPCs are generally weak, so do not expect them to take down a dragon by themselves, unless of course they are the Archmage or something.
